Very weak build and inferior components; decent customer service
I barely used it 3 or 4 times. I weigh less than 185 lbs. Very weak build and components. I cant even return as doesnt allow me(Delivered on Feb 16 21). Very bad experience

Called and was able to get a full refund. Apparently this was an issue for some people and theyve corrected it. Id hold my breath. My husband didnt want a replacement yet but he said he likes their customer service since they took care of this issue with little effort.
