After receiving our purchase we took out all the parts to find that the sealed hardware bag was missing the necessary screws and tools to assemble the beds. When we called customer service to inform them that we were missing pieces, we asked if we could go to a local hardware store to purchase replacements. The customer service rep claimed the screws that were missing were "proprientaritary" and that we would have to wait for them to ship out a new set. Since it was a Friday when we received the bed, we had to wait until the following Tuesday for the pieces. Sadly, after getting the express shipped parts on Tuesday, we found out that we were still missing 2 important screws!!! Our children have been very frustrated looking at their new bed sit in pieces for a week.
