This was easy to put together (about 2.5 hours). It's really nice. My daughter has her desk underneath and she loves it. Make sure to keep a track of the washers and screws. If you accidentally use too many washers in the beginning/middle of assembly, you will run out them when needed at the end. That happened to me and I had to unscrew screws to get the washers out. The screws that are inset (flush) don't need a washer.
