It was easy to assemble, but took about 4 hours. Bed is mostly made of solid wood which is a huge plus. Our 10 year old daughter loves it. lots of storage with the shelves and frees up so much floor space.
This does come shipped in two separate boxes, so keep in mind you may get them on different days. The seller was very responsive and assured me the other one was coming when I was worried I got box 2 of 2 first, and the other box came the very next day.
