Initially I was put off by some of the reviews saying they got damaged goods, or poor paint finish. I decided to take a shot, since this color, size and style would fit great in my hallway. I got my package with minimal dings, and the pieces were protected by styrofoam blocks and sheets and plastic wrapping. So no worries there. It doesnt get much easier to assemble than putting 4 legs on, and attaching the bottom shelf. It looks pretty seamless when complete. Rock solid on my wood floor, no need to attach it to the wall, altho nice pieces are included should you want to. All in all, great piece, glad I got it.
