Bought the brown with cream pillows. Not very cushiony but ok just bought back pillows. Otherwise it looks beautiful. My item did come a little damaged. No big deal I can request an exchange. However different customer service answer my emails and different responses are said. Again I could deal with it if by now my replacement was done. So as of today still nothing. This is the first time I do a review. I scored them 4 stars because the product is nice. Pillows are not very comfy but you can go to Big Lots or here and buy some. I give customer service ZERO stars. So between the two 3. If I get this fixed soon I will give the the 4 stars.
