-Arrived damaged
-Color was not a charcoal grey, but more a slate blue/grey
Ultimately, this couch is a good deal. If it hadnt arrived damaged I would have kept it. Unfortunately, the wood was warped on one of the sides so I returned it. would have sent me another couch, but I didnt like the blue-grey coloring and opted for another brand instead. Had it not arrived damaged I would have kept it. I do think this is a couch people should give a chance, I bet the light cream/grey is beautiful.
