I love my new chair. The only issue was the packaging (reason for 4 stars). It arrived and the box was destroyed. It was the original manufacturer box and paper thin. I was shocked that the chair frame was not damaged. Some of the screws had came out and were a bit challenging to reinstall. I did email the seller, with pictures, to let them know how it arrived. It took a week to heat back from them. They gave me 10 back.
