The product itself feels cheaply made. The stitching looks like itll rip soon. When you sit in the chair the fabric comes around to the front and stabs you and looks like its unraveling. The shipping was poor. It came late, and the box was torn up. I also had water damage to the cushion legs were scratched up. This is my second purchase from them my first purchase went worse than this one. But I tried to give it a second chance. Never buying from them again.
