We just opened our boxes that got delivered last month. We did not pay the extra money to have someone come and build it for us as we werent ready at that moment to put it together in the kids room. (i really wish I would have paid that money). We have put together numerous things and Id like to think we are pretty good at it.
This, this was a joke. We still arent done. 330 minutes it says itll take with two people. Maybe if all the holes were drilled and prepped like they should be it would be different. We just finished with the first two boxes and still have to open the third. About 50% of the holes that the booklet stated should be there, WERE NOT THERE! It says dont use power tools and just a screwdriver, hahaha ok. No, you need power tools when its not prepped for someone to build at home.
Not acceptable. I would send it back if I could.
