Easy to assemble - sturdy product. I needed a large top seat for my cat and this one is perfect. There aren't that many options with the large top seat so I was skeptical at first since it sat low, but it wasn't an issue for my cat (she's use to sitting high up). You can easily move this tree around as it is light yet sturdy. Great buy!
