I was very skeptical to make this purchase from this seller since the recent reviews showed very detailed photos of the product flaws and recent customer service received.I am glad I took the chance. Product arrived on time, no damages to package or items, easy to assemble only one tool needed that came with the package. The (2) chairs are beautiful, I had to go over the wood with Annie Slone white wax since the wood was raw and not sealed.. I am guessing that it was left like that in purpose by the manufacture so that we can decide if we like it raw or sealed. I am only using these chairs for accent pieces in my home. I dont recommend for people with children.. the fabric will stain easy with kids and it might not withstand rough movements. Overall, beautiful chairs! No regrets here!
