I ordered 2 sets a total of 4 chairs. They are packaged 2 to a box and installation is really easy, even though the instructions are not the easiest to understand. The first pair I assembled were perfect. The second box, both chairs would wobble. One leg was shorter than the other 3. I called and they sent out a replacement box of chairs and a call tag to pick up the defective chairs. The replacement chairs were perfect.
These chairs provide good lower back support and feel very stable/solid. My only issue is that when you stand up the chair has a tendency to tip over backwards. So you have to be careful when standing up that the chair does not tip over. A minor inconvenience, but for the cost of these chairs well worth it.
