Not sure what Im more impressed with, the product or the customer service. Ive received several compliments from neighbors on the look, feel and overall quality. Its great that it can be set up in a variety of ways, worked great for my city deck. -I was a tad skeptical but it turned out to be a safe bet all around. Customer service have been beyond responsive when I misplaced one of the level legs they offered to ship additional ones out no charge.
