This product is great for the price. It is comfortable and looks great. The cushion covering fabric isnt the highest quality, our seams were dissolving within the first week. But cushions are easy enough to swap out. My advice would be to Scotch Guard the cushions before the piece ever goes outside as well.
They are very quick to respond if you have an issue. We had a little shipping damage in one of our pieces. I took a quick snapshot and sent it to them. They responded within probably a few hours asking us which piece it was on, but my son had already put it all together while I was out and I couldnt say for sure which piece it was, and it seemed like a pain for all of us to pursue. It has been a retreat for us during quarantine and the merchant was beyond helpful. I will probably research replacement cushions before Spring.
