Update: The sellers did send me a replacement glass top for the table. The box was beat up, and the plastic corner covers were smashed up, but the glass was all in one piece. As such I raised the 3 stars to a 4 star review. I still think they need to work on their packaging since both times the boxes were ripped up. But now that I have a full I damaged patio set I am happy. 1 month in with the set and it hasnt shown any signs of wear and tear. Its not drooping from being sat on. The pillows and cushions are still well padded. And it has survived very well with every storm thats come through. Very well pleased.
First thing I want to note: I will raise the star rating on this review should the seller follow through and send me a new glass top for the table since the first one arrived broken.
Second: All the reviews that mention it being smaller than they expected did not read the dimensions listed before buying. The dimensions they provided are accurate and will show you exactly how big it it. Unless you look at just the pictures you will know how big it is by reading the dimensions they provided. I would ignore all reviews saying it was smaller than though just based on that.

I will begin by saying the box arrived (pictures) ripped open on one side. This box being the one that held the glass top. When I opened the box further I found the glass top shattered (pictured) and glass everywhere. Part of the reason the glass was shattered I think was because it was packaged against the table top and the steel bars from the table top must have broken it on impacts during the transport (which appeared to be rough since the box was ripped open upon arrival). I contacted the seller and they agreed to send a new glass top when it is back in stock in September. Should they follow through the rating will go up for this product. The rest of the patio set was in great condition in the boxes. I am a little disappointed, for the price we pay for shipping, I feel it should not arrived ripped open and the glass should have been secured better.
As for shipping time, it took about a week to arrive (came early for me).
The set itself is not too complicated on putting it together. It comes will all the parts and tools. It is a little lengthy when assembling. Screws take time to secure and you have to be careful because not all the parts fit perfectly and I had to have assistance pulling the parts to get the screws in some spots. Took me awhile of sitting with Netflix in the background to get it all set up.
Once it was all together (minus the glass top) I got it set up outside (pictured). The decorative pillows pictured are my own, the ones the seller provides are red (nice pillows, but I liked my decorative pillows better). The set itself can be considered on the small side for patio furniture, but it fits great on apartment patios or small patios. Was the perfect size for me (I can stretch my legs out comfortably, and my 6 4 boyfriend even found it comfortable (his legs do stick out some though).
The padding (tan) provided are nice. Some reviews said they were flat and cheap, and yes the materials are not the best quality, but so far they have not deflated or lost any cushioning from being sat on, and are really nice. The seat pads have elastic straps to secure it to the frame, the side pillows do not. I wish they did, however, as the pillows shift some.
A review I saw mentioned they did not dry after a shower for several days. I dont buy that review at all. A storm hit last night and rained for about 4 hours. The cushions had puddles the next morning and were barely damp to the touch (mostly water proof covers). All I had to do was dump the water off and they were dry again in less than 20 minutes.
All in all I am pleased with this patio set. Contrary to bad reviews (which did not match up with my experienced at all), this is a great set. My only real issue was with the shipping cost versus the package being ripped open upon arrival and the glass being shattered. For the price of shipping that needs to be fixed and done better. But for the rest of it, I love it. Its water resistant, comfy to sit on, sturdy, and fits great on my patio! Would recommend!
Should the seller fix the problem with the broken glass, I will rerate this set.
