The boys love their bunk bed. It was easy to install. Some of the parts were missed labeled but were the correct pieces. For example I had too many b pieces but one of the pieces labeled as b was actually c. You have to really pay attention to the drawings since those are correct. Also the boxes were missing the instruction manual. I called and it was emailed to me in less than a minute so it didnt slow us down one bit. I put the beds together alone and it took me about 3 hours of straight work. They look great though and the kids are really happy!
