The bunk bed is adorable, my 6 year old loves it. The only thing is the bed came damaged. Two of the long mattress support rails arrived split and splintered and appeared to be damaged in shipping. My husband wasn't happy at all. We didn't have time to get a new part....it needed to be set up that night, we had company and a new baby coming so we were counting on that bed. My husband had to rig the bed with gorilla tape to build it. It was very frustrating. Other than that the bed is great. We got white, it really is adorable.

I reached out to the manufacturer of this bunk bed, and they over night shipped replacement parts for all of the parts that we had issues with. Great customer service and an immediate response. I can't really blame them for how it was handled in shipping, but they were very understanding and didn't try to pass the buck, but instead they took care of us immediately. Great service and they stand behind their products. I would highly recommend.
