While the size is noted on the description, its deceptive in the pictures. This is really comfortable for, perhaps, elementary school children. My family is filled with athletes. We are not large people. This is simply too small for any of us. I am 55 and work out every day. This is just not comfortable for my size. It rests low, overall, and the height for the back is way too short for anyone my size to be able to relax. If you are a 5 yoga instructor, this is your set. Short and slim. No exceptions. As a side note, assembly was super easy. Done within an hour. Its sturdy. I will give it that much. And, for what you pay, decent quality.
