After reading reviews I saw a common theme of this being difficult to put together. Me being 51 and 106lbs woman, I was able to put this together with ease for the most part. No drills needed. Where the screw connects the back to the bottom center piece; I needed assistance. My sister was able to use her man hand and strength to push it closer so I could screw it in completely. Needed a hammer once to make sure sides where all level but besides that easy. Took a little over an hour. Super comfy, great size for the balcony at the apartment.
