Came well packaged. But, one of the parts had a staple where a screw was supposed to be in. We needed two people to assemble the chairs, because the holes just didnt align nicely unless someone pushed one against the other. The cushion threads were hanging so we had to pull those out which wasnt a big deal. But, overall, they look so good on our porch! Very comfortable too.
