This is a very nice looking comfortable sofa! There was a part of the couch has bad measurements and it didnt fit well after assembling all the parts. I spoke to the customer service and they had replaced a new part for me and it fits perfectly. In terms of the quality of the sofa, Ill rate it 9/10. Outlook 10/10. Manual instruction 5/10 (Need to specify more detail on legs installation, there are no marks or signs on the couch where each leg should have been installed. For people like me always done a lot of woodwork will not be a problem (Not everyone is willing to drill a screw into a new couch without any sign!! Its an easy fix, just ask the factory to put an X label under the couch where to screw will fix it. Customer service 10/10. Excellent communication and follow/up service.
