Love love LOVE this little couch/sectional/sofa/bed! I was worried when I saw some negative reviews, but as a single mom currently sharing a one/bedroom apartment with my daughter, I needed something new to sleep on as it was time to retire our old couch. Its definitely firm, but Im sure it will break in some with time. The storage portion is a great place to stow blankets for when used as a bed, and it was very easy and fast to assemble. Its not very deep as a couch, but being a petite woman its not an issue at all. My only complaint was the delivery / FedEx delivered it and didnt even knock or anything / I only was alerted to its arrival by Alexa chiming a notification and opened my front door to see the 3 large boxes stacked around it! Otherwise though, very happy with my purchase!
