The chairs are very heavy, sturdy, and comfortable. However, they came without the correct snap-in-place locks! I carried them out to the yard opened them up- I snapped the back part of the chairs is place. There were no additional snap-in-locks- so I sat down on one of the chairs. Well, down I went to the ground! They forgot to put 4 locks on the chairs- just 2. What a nightmare to return them and get replacements- still waiting to get them- hopefully they are OK!
