EDIT: BEWARE! The chair developed a very loud squeak and wobble after only 45 days. When I inquired to directly what I should do, they asked me to send proof of the defect then instructed me to disassemble the chair. Since the instructions do not state how to disassemble, I replied back to asking how and they haven't replied back to me in over a month after repeated attempts. will also not support via their A-Z Guarantee because it is outside the 30-day return policy window. And since the seller is not responding I cannot even explore a warranty claim (if there even is one). I wanted to love this chair, but the lack of support from the seller (and frankly ) for a clear defect is disappointing. Do not buy this chair and waste your time/money like I did. You've been warned.
