Chair promotes good posture and is great for a home office where you dont have an extra room to use for an office and don't want a hideous office chair taking up a ton of space. We use it in our living room, and it neatly sits in there as an extra chair if we need it for company and doesn't clash with the decor. Great purchase all around.
