Returns are a nightmare- only buy if you know you won't return...
I bought this chair for my new apartment. It looked nice online, but when it came in, I could tell the quality was subpar and it also smelled horribly. I wanted to send it back, but you have to pay for return shipping. With the return address being in china, the return shipping would have cost more than what I paid for the chair. To their credit, they did issue me a $20 refund, but I now have a chair I don't really like. It's been sitting on my deck for almost a week now and it still reeks. I don't know when I'll be able to bring it inside. It's not the worst chair in the world, but definitely not worth what I paid for it!
