This chair took forever to get to me. Once the company finally shipped it, it arrived in 4 days. They printed a shipping label for it but never actually sent it out, which I don't know if it was an error on there part but the product page says ships in 4 to 5 days. So that's what I was expecting. The legs were chipped in 2 places when I finally got it, and I was just so overall annoyed by the whole thing I was planning to return it. My husband burned the box however so it's mine. It's comfortable so has that going for it, but it doesn't fit under my desk because it doesn't adjust up and down. (My fault for not checking) Overall not a great experience.
