I think it's slightly pricy for what you get (e.g. I think the fabric could be a bit nicer, etc), but it's a really solid chair — I would still recommend it ultimately. I got the grey version, it does have some texture with darker fibers mixed in with the gunmetal grey color.
I use it as an office chair.
