Meh, what can you expect from internet furniture these days? Arrived with bits broken off the wood components, box had clearly been ripped open and hastily taped back together by someone I assumed had returned it prior to my purchase. Some parts floating around in the box loose. Chair positively radiates chemical aroma. I'm sitting in it now and it reminds me of the time we dissected owl pellets soaked in formaldehyde in the seventh grade.
Looks nice despite its many shortcomings, but I don't see it lasting very long and I don't feel inclined to return it and shop for a new office chair. I recommend getting a seat cushion if you're going to spend more than a zoom call or two on this bad boy. Leaves something to be desired in the rear quarters, ya know?
