I must comment that when the lounges arrived with their fastener parts all scattered and some lost in the boxes- we had a great customer service experience, especially with Alan in compensating for our problems. However, putting the lounges together was a very tedious, long process because instructions are not too great, fasteners are not all accurately sized, screw holes are off on some parts and it took far too long to assemble the lounges. They are nice looking, cushions are ok but not too thick to compensate for the bend in the center of the lounge. I am sure we will enjoy them even with all of the work involved.
