While we enjoyed this shower in our home, unfortunately the control mechanism developed a slow leak after just a year. This created a slow drip-drip into the bladder of the shower head, which every few hours releases out the accumulated water.
Currently waiting on their product support, which based on other comments may not be promising. Additionally, their website's exchange/return system appears to be a dead webpage currently. If you are looking for reliability and decent product support for this proprietary system, this may not be the shower system for you.
