I could had given the product 5 star however I don't like hot H and cold C labels location on control plate cover. I was able to exchange view with the manufacturers rep and I was told that the way they engineered the product they use the bottom part of the lever as the indicator for H and C. Part of my succeeding message to the manufacturer's rep is shown below...
Hello Perry,
It make sense following your explanation however, the user who does not know this will surely assume that your logo will be the indicator pointer since it is located at the upper section of the knob. If you are using the bottom part as the indicator then it is only logical that the labels H and C should be located at the bottom section of the plate, that is why I am requesting for cover plate with that configuration. Please see attached image.
Thank you,
Virgilio Velarde
Customer.
Unfortunately I was not successful on my request. I am just hoping other users who may not know this type of design (as there was none in their documentation that comes with the package) will not get a scalding surprise. The second picture above was not part of the package but was sent to me by the representative during the exchange of idea.
