Revised: It was discovered that the handle and labels are backwards. Cold is hot and hot is cold. Normally left is hot as l rolled and right is cold. However its backwards. Im giving it 4 stars as it works just backwards.
I just had this installed as part of a shower renovation. Contractor didnt complain about difficulty of installation. It looks great and solid however the water after running for 5min is lukewarm at best. Very uncomfortable!! The safety feature for hot water scalding should not be this restrictive. I dont know what to do as I cant be expected to take a cold shower! I dont see a response to this same problem in the QandA from the seller on a resolution other than, too bad. Im not even asking for a hot hot shower, just warm would be nice. Im so disappointed.
