Purchased this system for our new tile shower and it looks amazing! Have been using for about a month now and the wife and I absolutely love it. Just a couple of things to note. First, the diverter which regulates flow between the rain feature and the handheld seems to be malfunctioning. Ours allow for water flow from both. We questioned the Seller on this and the Customer Service was EXCELLENT. Even when I took too long to answer their follow up question they followed up with me. I received a new diverter within a few days...from China. I have not decided if I want to install because we actually like the water coming from both areas. Secondly, I'm 6ft and wife is 52. We barely considered the height of the handheld cradle. Our installer geared it more toward me but it was still too high, hitting me at the base of the neck on full flow and hitting her in the head. Was able to remedy that by buying a $10 cradle online that could be attached lower on the wall and that has worked very well and matches the stainless steel features. So if leaving the handheld in the cradle is important be aware of the height of installation. Lastly, make sure your installer is aware of the proper clearances for all three sections. Mine was perfect on the rain faucet and the on/off section but he missed it on the handheld by about half an inch so I have that much pipe extending outside of the tile which is not covered by the plate. So be aware. All in all shower is a dream and would highly recommend. Four and a half stars.
