The pieces were all the wrong size, after 6 hours I gave up trying to make them fit. Customer service was completely unhelpful, asked for a photo of a sticker that is not on the product. Wooden slats are the wrong size and dont fit in the slots provided. Will be buying a mattress support from IKEA to lay inside so they stop slipping from underneath. Hydraulics for the storage came stuck and will not lower. None of these things were offered to be replaced without this nonexistent sticker.
