Misleading Shipping Information...only HALF of a bed received.
I do not appreciate that I took off from work to stay home to only receive HALF OF A BED! I waited all day for this bed and turns out the seller NEVER mentioned that the bed comes in 2 boxes; possibly in separate days. However, they are sure to mention that An adult must be present for delivery.
I am an essential worker that recently moved into my apartment, took off from work to accept the bed being delivered (super excited that I could FINALLY get a great night's sleep instead of sleeping on an uncomfortable air mattress), only to be misled.
As quick as they were to take my money for this bed, they should have put that in their description as well. I am NOT a happy customer and the extra insult is that now my delivery is marked as DELIVERED. I didn't order half of a bed!
The Customer Service Reps helped me get to the bottom of this issue. I, however, will never order anything from again. Thanks for ruining my moving experience.
