it came in two boxes very well packed inside their instructions were very easy to follow it took us three and a half hours to Assemble when installing the for round feet in order for the bracket to attach both sides and the screws to line up you must loosen everything up because two of the screws on the brackets each brackets will not line up once you loosen everything up it all comes together for the feet pretty much everything was trouble free even the delivery was perfect and they even have GPS so you can see where your driver is but it's about 12 blocks off so far this is an excellent product we slept one night on it already very comfortable and the storage is amazing plenty of storage our bedroom looks clean and neat now we definitely recommend this product
