The overall bed frame with storage drawers is amazing!! I cannot be anymore happier! I purchased the full size velvety feel bed frame. The shipping to my home by FedEx was a separate disaster with no one available to receive the package. The packaging is extremely heavy so please be aware. I am a single woman with no man power so it was difficult for me to get it in my home by myself and then into my room. The assembly for me alone did take half of the day. It's not difficult, just a lot of steps along the way also with me taking breaks. The drawers do lock into place so they do not open by themselves. It's easy to lock and open them. One thing for me is the velcro cover that goes on the back of the headboard was cut a bit small that it didn't fit exact. I had to leave one side of the velcro unstuck. Also i had no instructions given. But I just went to the website of the actual seller and downloaded them. To me not a big deal for both issues.
