It was really easy to assemble. The directions were clear. But I thought the cushions you sit on were larger. The couch also looked bigger/longer to me in the pics but Im figuring I have to arrange it to look longer like i would like. The softness/ plush of the cushions are firm but I rather that. Overall Im happy with the purchase especially since I can fix the couch in so many ways
