Fits my small apartment just fine. It is very firm though and doesnt sit very well for taller people. I put an eggshell bed topper on it and covered with grey sheet and now its great for stretching out on. I love to lay on it in the evenings and watch tv. There were two braces underneath that were loose so I put wood screws in them myself and havent had any problems with anything breaking or moving around. If you want a couch for mostly sitting up on I would definitely check the measurements to make sure the backrest and armrests and seat area is right for you or not. If you want a couch for stretching out on this one is fine. I am 63 and its plenty long for me. Good purchase and looks nice too.
