The product arrived damaged / not in shipping, damaged from the manufacturer. A metal piece crucial for assembling the sofa was bent beyond use. The manufacturer obviously does not have any quality assurance inspections in place or that would have been seen instantly. Therefore one piece just leans onto the sofa instead of being actually attached to it.
