Ok, delivery wasnt as fast as I assumed it would be and I really needed the chair so that was frustrating. HOWEVER, WOW WOW WOW! Deliverers brought the big guy in and assembled it, then the joy began. The high density foam is amingly supportive. I just got rid of the other top big and tall name brand whose soft and plush foam basically rolled away leaving breaking chip board edges. This chair is BUILT. Everything about looks and feels sturdy, dependable, supportive, and functional. I was afraid it would be hard to open/close, but I think it is the easiest I have ever used. It is tall and easy to sit down on and get up from. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with this chair
