These chairs used to come in two boxes and packed well [bought my wife one last year during covid] this came in one flimsy Chinese cardboard box [made in china] and no packing material. One of the pegs holding the back was never stapled in and I had to fix it myself with wood glue. I have the warranty but I could not wait another MONTH to get something that may be worse and I had no way to box it up since they want to charge me for shipping it back!!LOL. NOPE. This company has gone downhill. You take your chances. After I fixed the peg and hope it holds, the chair itself is nice and comfortable. I am 62 and 300lbs. I fit in it comfortably and have room. I do not like that the footrest is not completely covered like my wifes chair from last year. It has gaps and makes it not as comfortable as my wife. The only other I do not like is the handle is way too far down on the chair.
