My daughter needed this chair. I mean, really needed this chair. I looked a long time for a bariatric size recliner. Many health issues she has. She has already told me the chair helps her with pain and she has even been able to reduce some of the medications she was on. She does mention the chair being hot related to the fabric but nothing that a cotton throw doesnt take care of. She is petite and we bought the extender handle to help with that. Take some time and look around / there is a big range of prices but we found our best price here on at about 550, somewhere in there. The unit is heavy. You will need help with this chair which comes in one huge box in two separate pieces. You will love this chair.
