Aside from the fact that the cardboard box had a huge tear on the face of the box, the chair was packed into the shipping box with the seats back to the bottom of the box and the back of the chair on top of it. And, with every vibration caused by the shipping, it wore bald spots into the fabric on the seats back. If the factory had packed the chair with the chairs feet on the bottom of the cardboard box, it would have prevented the unnecessary wear on the fabric.
Other than the bold spots, the chair fits my 61 tall husband without his feet sticking off the end of the footrest. The seat cushion is firm but not hard and the back cushion is very plush.
Packaging not the best, but chair is okay
