Bought some chairs on the cheap but got what I paid for and they broke withing the first year. Really withing the first 8 months. We gave them away. This chair is formidable and I expect it to last a long time. The cushions are VERY firm, but I guess that is how they are able to last. Only had it about a month but if any issues arise I will come back and update my review.
Update Ive had this chair for close to two years now, and its still great! This is not only my chair for relaxing and watching TV, its also my bed. I sleep in it every night and that wears on a chair way more than sitting. The chair is holding up great, no complaints. It still looks new. When company comes over and people sit in it, they comment on how big and comfy it is. No creaking or crackling when moving around and the cushions are fantastic. If I ever wear it out, Ill buy another one without hesitation.
