There are only 2 wheels with locks on it. make sure you put them in the right place
I can't say anything bad about it, I love it. I store things that I use a lot , like dishes, cups, my mixer, other small appliances. Also can goods and stuff like wrapping tape, candles, light weight cook books, batteries, flashlights, different things. What you see it what you get.
