Great chair very comfortable, easy to put together, massage pillow wont work on chair
Opened the bag and had a faint chemical smell that was gone after an hour or so. Very comfortable and was barely a challenge to put together as someone who isnt very strong. However the massage/vibrating pillows WONT work while on the chair. Pillow that came with the chair worked for max of 15 seconds and only while the button was held down. Got a free replacement (customer service was super nice and very easy!) And it works perfectly when not on the chair. The moment I put it on the chair and clipped it on it stopped working. Checked the plugs and they were fine it just wouldnt vibrate anymore. Its fine though since its very comfortable as a pillow by itself.
