Things noticed and for us above avg. ones. Im 5.11.
Just got this chair in. It wasnt difficult at all to assemble and I appreciated that the screws were color coated because the first thing that happened is...I dropped them, trying to get the screwdriver out. Theres not to much to this chair so even with the color coats it would have been easy to figure out what goes where.
Some tall people problems. Im 5.11 a bit hefty, and it fits me quite well. Although I do find that I wish the leg rest was a tad longer (my legs just fit) and the head rest was a bit taller (the top pushes my shoulders forward a tad), its still surprisingly comfy. I dont see someone whoses large being able to sit comfortably in this chair though, as my butt is able to just fit and my sides graze the arm rests. And even though I say hefty Im still a healthy weight for my size just evenly spread as far as tall and out. The seats even narrower than my original chair.
Those with back problems. I do have lumbar spine issues, a slight case of degenerative disc disease, so the massaging pillow feels quite nice on my back. Im not sure how long sitting on the cushion is going to feel, sometimes itll take days before I realize whats causing my back to hurt. But the cushion has some give and it feels rather firm. The fact that I can feel the metal bars in the back of the seat by my shoulders shows how little cushion is actually in the top part of the chair.
Money for quality. Eh, as far as I can tell its decent. I cant help thinking the leg rest will eventually start sagging. I do like that the bottom is metal (excluding the wheels) so that gives it a nice weight and makes it a bit less likely to flip. The cord on the massager can easily get in the way for someone who tends to spin or move alot. The cord itself is very long. So it easily stretches across my 10x10 (10ft) room. But you get what you paid for.
The pillow cases are removable. I found the pillows to have a bad smell but the chair itself didnt really have one which is nice since it does have plastic.
Thats about all I could think of mentioning.
